Buying the iPhone App to help out. I figured it’d be easier switching between intervals with a voice timing you instead of keeping up with a clock every 30 seconds.

Since I’ve been running quite a bit lately hopefully it won’t be too rough! Pretty excited to start this and see some progress. I’ll keep you guys updated!

Can’t wait for this. To run without my boobs going everywhere and hurting. To not have to reach every two minutes and pull my shorts out of my junk and butt crack because my thighs pull them up. Runner’s high. Do my rounds on a constant run, not intervals of walking and jogging. Oh it will be fantastic.
